SIA LICENSED DOOR SUPERVISORS

We have been providing door supervisors for public venues and buildings for over 18 years, during which time we have serviced a range of business types, including concert venues, sports matches and nightclubs.

Our door security services ensure that your premises, your staff and your visitors are safe.

Each door security guard is SIA licensed. They are all fully trained to deal with disturbances in a swift, efficient and professional manner, as well as to work in seamless coalition with your venue staff.

For larger businesses where more than two door staff are required, we will appoint a head door supervisor who will liaise with your management team and ensure the security throughout your venue is working in perfect unison to keep you and your guests safe.

We understand that door supervisors are often the first port of call for visitors to your premises and for that reason they need to be well versed in customer service.

That’s why we ensure all of our door staff have experience in customer service as well as in the security sector.

With Adapt Security, you can rest assured that our door supervision operatives will represent your business in the best way possible, in addition to keeping everyone safe and the premises secure.

WHAT IS DOOR SUPERVISOR SECURITY?

The physical presence of a guard alerts criminals to the fact the property is under active surveillance.

You might think a visible camera or alarm does this, but there are some criminals who will doubt whether the equipment is in active use.

Not just this, but oftentimes companies use outdated camera systems where footage isn’t backed up, In contrast, the physical presence of a door supervisor shows them that the property is actively being patrolled and secured, and there will be at least one witness to any attempted antisocial behaviour, therefore putting many would-be criminals off.

WHAT ARE THE MAIN ROLES OF A DOOR SUPERVISOR?

A door supervisor can put employees and customers alike at ease because they know that should a situation arise, there is a professional on-hand to de-escalate the situation and keep everyone safe and secure.

This added layer of protection can help employees feel more relaxed and more confident which, in turn, will have a positive impact on their performance.

It could also make customers feel safer at your venue, therefore encouraging them to visit because they know they’re safe and in good hands.

As a business owner, you will understand the importance of impeccable customer service and the role it plays in whether your company goes on to be successful or not.

With this in mind, you’ll want to do everything you can to ensure visitors, clients, and customers feel happy with the service they get from your business.

WHAT ARE THE ADVANTAGES OF DOOR SECURITY GUARDS?

One of the main advantages of hiring a door supervisor is that you can focus on what’s most important with your business.

You don’t need to worry about taking on the task of preventing criminal activity or dealing with it yourself because you can rest easy knowing that security is being taken care of by a seasoned professional.

This means you can focus your efforts on what matters most – running your business effectively.
