A receptionist is often the first business contact a person will meet at any organization.

We expect our staff to maintain a calm,

• courteous and professional demeanour at all times.

Our staff is aware of the importance of a well-groomed appearance and will always present with a positive attitude.

All members of staff are fully trained to cover duties such as answering visitors’ enquiries,

• directing visitors,

• issuing visitor passes,

• sorting and handing out mail,

• operating a switchboard,

• setting up appointments,

• filing,

• record keeping,

• data entry and performing a variety of other office based tasks.
